Netflix set robbed, hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage!

Netflix suffered two different heists in a row, where it suffered huge losses. In the last heist, 20 thieves broke into Lupin's set in Paris.

Netflix has started to incur losses due to the thieves entering the set these days. Last February, thieves broke into the set of The Crown and cost the company more than $200,000.

The company faced another theft case shortly after this robbery, and a major robbery took place on the set of Lupin, one of Netflix's most watched series. Let's take a closer look at the details of the event.

Netflix crew faced 20 thieves on set

Netflix, which achieved huge success with series such as Emily in Paris, Bridgerton and Lupin, did not encounter a major event in the theft on the set of The Crown, but the thieves disappeared after stealing an antique piece worth 200,000.

Less than 2 days after this incident, another incident occurred and Netflix's production team faced a raid by 20 thieves while continuing to shoot for Lupine in Nanterre, one of the suburbs of Paris.

According to the statements made after the incident, the thieves first set off fireworks to distract the crew, and then raided the scene with their faces covered.

While upin star Omar Sy was filming, the thieves started chaos and fled the set with $333,000 worth of equipment.

Speaking to Variety right after the incident, the production team stated that no one was harmed during the robbery, and that both the cast and crew were safe.
