Both versions of ID.Buzz, whose carbon footprint is reduced to zero, are pioneers with their sustainability features. In addition, while there are recycled synthetic materials in the interior of the vehicle, real leather is not used.
ID.Buzz was developed by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Hannover on Volkswagen Group's Modular Electric Propulsion Platform (MEB). MEB, the world's first scalable mass production platform developed for fully electric cars, lays the foundation for different models and segments. The MEB platform allows for the further development of software and technology for the new models of the future.
