However, according to the latest developments, Covid-19 still affects the cinema industry negatively, even after nearly three years. Because recently, the vision history of some DC movies has changed for this reason.
DC movies release dates changed
World-renowned production company Warner Bros. announced in its statement that the vision dates of some DC movies have been changed. The company announced that the release dates of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom and The Flash movies were delayed due to Covid-19-related delays in the production part, which affected other productions by creating a chain effect.
The new vision dates of the films postponed due to Covid-19 are as follows;
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom – March 17, 2023
The Flash – June 23, 2023
Black Adam – October 21, 2022
Super-Pets – 29 July 2022
Shazam! Fury of the Gods – December 16, 2022
Wonka – 15 December 2023
Meg 2: The Trench – August 4, 2023
Warner Bros., which changed the vision dates of 7 productions in total, delayed the release date of 6 of them. The movie whose release date was delayed is Shazam! It's Fury of the Gods. The vision date, which was determined as 2 June 2023 in the first place, was moved to 16 December 2022 after the latest developments.
